• Building Purchase Agreement

The Purchase Agreement was reviewed and a motion was made to accept the Purchase Agreement. All board members unanimously agreed to accept all items in the identified in the Purchase Agreement.

• Building Repairs- Architect

The Architect has access to the building and has begun making his work.

• Official Hire of School Leader May 1, 2020 (Resources Required)

The Board Chair made recanted the amazing accomplishments that proposed School Leader had accomplished on behalf of LIFE3 Academy. A motion was made to make Kia Debnam the School Leader for LIFE Academy. All board members unanimously agreed to hire Kia Debnam.

• Financial Report

LIFE³ Academy has been awarded both the CSP Grant and the New Schools Grant, and is in the final round for the Schools Growth Grant. The School Leader is also actively pursuing several additional grants.
